Meringues - too good not to share!

Yes I know it’s not related to holiday let’s but I love feeding people so I’ll happily share :-) 

These are super easy to make and yummy! 
Ingredients: 

4 large egg whites

115g Caster Sugar

120g Icing Sugar

method:

 

Whip the egg whites on medium speed until they form stiff peaks.

On high speed, add in the caster sugar one dessert spoon at a time.

 

Fold in the sifted icing sugar a third at a time.

 

Put on baking paper and Bake in the oven at 100 C for about 1hr 45mins or until they are hard on the bottom and move easily.

 

Whip some cream, smash some fruit up with a little squeeze of lemon juice and enjoy! 

They can be stored in an airtight container. Delicious meringues
