- We reserve the right to cancel any stay or prohibit the use of facilities without refund if we find that our rules have not been followed
- We do not accept any responsibility and are not liable for any damage to property or injury caused during your stay
- Please adhere to the check in and out times of 3pm and 10am. Failure to do so will incur an additional charge
- Large groups and parties may be subject to a security deposit of up to 50% being taken prior to your stay. This is fully refundable assuming no there are no damages / breakages caused
Hottub Use:
Many of our properties include hottub, so we kindly ask guests to follow a few simple rules for the comfort and safety of all:
- Please shower before and after using the hottub
- Remove all fake tan prior to entering the hot tub
- If you are pregnant or have underlying health conditions it is advised that you do not use the hot tub due to an increased chance of dehydration, overheating or collapse
- Please do not let children under 5 use the hotub
- Children aged between 5 and 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times and limited to 10 minutes to avoid over heating
- No jumping into the hottub
- No smoking, eating or drinking alcohol in the hot tub
- Drink plenty of water to avoid dehydration – plastic glasses are provided
- Take care when getting in and out of the hottub – its slippery when wet
- Do not use the hot tub if you have been unwell in the 48 hours prior to your stay
- A charge of £50 will need to be paid if the hottub becomes contaminated and needs to be refilled during your stay
- You must notify us immediately if there is a problem with the hottub including any damage
