Upstairs in the loft there’s a king size bed and swivel love chair and an ensuite with Toilet , Sink and Bath.

The Wifi works well but phone signal isn’t the best.
This property, unlike our others is not up a farm track and off a quiet country road, it’s is however located on our working farm.
The hideaway is an offshoot of Nether Newton.Nether Neeton is the full house and allows upto 12 guests.
While staying at the Hideaway, no one else will be staying in the other side of the house.
Children are welcome for £20 each and can be added once you have booked.

CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel upto 48 hours prior to your booking, we will cancel your booking and refund your money less a £150 booking fee.
We regret the booking is non refundable from 48 hours prior to your booking commencing.
We recommend taking out Travel Insurance to protect yourselves from any unforeseen circumstances.
If you wish to reschedule you will need to cancel and rebook at your new preferred date. Please be mindful that the price may change.
