About the Accommodation

 Relax and Unwind in our bespoke custom designed Bothy, Inside boasts full kitchen including full oven, hob and dishwasher, Breakfast Bar dining area and living area with sofa day bed. The master bed is a super comfy King size bed which floats! The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and heated and lit vanity mirror where you can do your makeup. 

 Outside is a fully covered paved area which is totally private and offers a Bar with seating, comfortable outdoor sofas and Hottub. This really is an experience not to be missed! We can add this on to Alton Villa for larger parties.

Due to health and safety reasons we regret we cannot provide cleaning products. An Iron can be provided upon request.

Once booked you will receive a confirmation email with further information as well as a link to your own personalised guest app which has everything you need to know for your stay.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking upto 48 hours prior to your check in date you we will refund 50% of your booking.

If you need to cancel wIthin 48 hours of check in the booking is non refundable.

Any extras purchased are non refundable.

If you do not stay with us on the dates you have booked you will be charged the full amount.

This booking is not transferrable to anyone else.

We recommend taking out Travel Insurance to protect yourselves from any unforeseen circumstances.

If you wish to reschedule you will need to cancel and rebook at your new preferred date. Please be mindful that the price may change.

The Bothy Farm Stay is located on our working farm, the lane you come up has pot holes so please take care! We make every effort to keep the noise to a minimum but tractors and cows make noise, they also moo and smell!

This property runs on a Private Water Supply.
