About the Accommodation

Welcome to our latest addition to our Retreats, the Bothy! Relax and Unwind in our bespoke custom designed Bothy, Inside boasts full kitchen including full oven, hob and dishwasher, Breakfast Bar dining area for four guests and a day bed which becomes two single beds at night. The master bed is a super comfy King size bed which floats! The bathroom has a toilet, sink, shower and heated and lit vanity mirror where you can do your makeup. Outside is a fully covered paved area which is totally private and offers a Bar with seating, comfortable outdoor sofas and Hottub. This really is an experience not to be missed! We can add this on to Alton Villa for larger parties.

Cancellation Policy:

If you need to cancel your booking there is a £75 cancellation fee which will be taken off your refund.

If you wish to reschedule your stay there is a £75 charge which needs to be paid prior to any modifications being made. We ask that you please read the terms and conditions before booking.

Please be aware the Bothy is located on our working farm, the lane you come up has pot holes so please take care! We make every effort to keep the noise to a minimum but tractors and cows make noise, they also moo and smell!
