Our beautiful five bedroom villa has two bedrooms that are ensuite and all offer super comfortable king sized beds.
In addition, there's a fabulous conservatory with dining table where you can enjoy the views over to the Isle of Arran and feels like your outside (minus the cold weather!).
The living room is large, spacious and comfortable, while the kitchen has everything you need to create a feast and overlooks the green fields beyond. - this is being upgraded at the end of October 2022 so the pictures will be different .
A full size pool table is set up ready for you to use in the games room and is a hit with all ages!

There is a minimum 2 Night Stay and we welcome Hen Parties, Birthdays and Families alike.
If you wish to book for more than three nights then please let us know as we are happy to offer additional nights for a heavily discounted price.
PLEASE NOTE: There is a £500 security deposit which is returned assuming the property is left in good order.
In addition - we can add the Hobbit and Bothy to your stay for groups up to 18 guests.
The total payable is non refundable
We also ask for a £500 security deposit which needs to be paid prior to your stay and will be refunded assuming the property has been left in good order and nothing missing.

Decorations: If you would like to add decorations then please be mindful of our property and do not tape them to painted or papered walls. You may be charged for any damage caused.
Please be aware Alton Villa is located near our farm and whilst we maintain every effort to keep noise to a minimum we cant guarantee you wont hear cows or heavy machinery. We also have lots of children that (despite my best efforts) you may also hear!
The road is a bumpy farm track so please take care.
