CANCELLATION POLICY:
If you need to cancel your booking upto 48 hours prior to your check in date you we will refund 50% of your booking.
If you need to cancel wIthin 48 hours of check in the booking is non refundable.
Any extras purchased are non refundable.
If you do not stay with us on the dates you have booked you will be charged the full amount.
This booking is not transferrable to anyone else.
We recommend taking out Travel Insurance to protect yourselves from any unforeseen circumstances.

PLEASE BE AWARE that our pods are in a field close to our farm yard , which is up a bumpy farm track and whilst we make every effort to keep noise to a minimum you may hear farm animals and tractors operating. There are chickens which sometimes come to say hello!
